UEL: Lecturer in Social Enterprise

The University of East London is currently accepting applications for an open position of Lecturer in Social Enterprise in the School of Humanities and Social Science for a one year contract.  The individual chosen for this position will be expected to:

-deliver modules on both undergraduate social enterprise programmes.

-contribute to research and consultancy within the field of Social Science.

-contribute to curriculum developments within the field of Social Enterprise.

-contribute to the school’s teaching, research and administrative activities.

-promote UEL’s reputation in relations to Social Enterprise.

Applicants must have a Master’s or PhD in Social Enterprise or a related subject, as well as an up-to-date CPD portfolio in relation to Social Enterprise.  Experience of teaching Social Enterprise either at undergraduate or post graduate level, a track record of research or consultancy in Social Enterprise, and knowledge in running and developing undergraduate modules in social enterprise are all essential qualities. Interviews will be held on 16th March 2011.
