Take the Survey: SAGE Explores Impact of Academic Research Outside Academe

December 13, 2021 1905

SAGE Publishing, the parent of Social Science Space, is encouraging social and behavioral science researchers to take a short survey on how they approach research that makes an impact outside of academia. Results of the survey are for research purposes only will be reported publicly in a future white paper.

The survey covers areas such as research dissemination, motivation and goals, and applications of research outside of academia. The survey does inquire about some demographic details, but survey responses will be confidential and reported in aggregate form. SAGE may share a de-identified version of raw data upon request for research purposes.

The deadline for responses is this Sunday, December 19. Results will be shared with the social and behavioral science community.

Sage, the parent of Social Science Space, is a global academic publisher of books, journals, and library resources with a growing range of technologies to enable discovery, access, and engagement. Believing that research and education are critical in shaping society, 24-year-old Sara Miller McCune founded Sage in 1965. Today, we are controlled by a group of trustees charged with maintaining our independence and mission indefinitely.
