Alexey V. Semenov PhD — (pictured) is an assistant professor of international business and international management at Belmont University’s Jack C. Massey College of Business. His research focuses on cultural intelligence in intercultural settings and its impact on strategic outcomes in international business, management, and marketing. Semenov also investigates the effects of external factors like the national philanthropic environment and internal factors such as innovations and advertising on firm corporate social responsibility and performance. Arilova Randrianasolo PhD — is an assistant professor of marketing at Loyola University Chicago’s Quinlan School of Business where he also serves as the director of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. Prior to his post at Quinlan, Randrianasolo was the chair of the marketing department at Butler University’s Lacy School of Business where he was granted tenure and promotion to associate professor. His research focuses on corporate social responsibility, innovation reputation, cultural intelligence, organizational legitimacy, and base-of-the-pyramid marketing. Randrianasolo has taught courses such as marketing analytics, international marketing, consumer insights, and research & storytelling. He co-founded SAVA Consulting Group.
