Michael Sang is a postdoctoral fellow at the University of Haifa, researching the field of top-leadership, while teaching organizational culture and business strategy in MBA class. Following his studies of social anthropology in the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, he practices applied anthropology in his capacity as an advisor to large organizations. Lately, he retired from service as a management consultant in the IDF, after which he authored a book delineating the leadership of Generals in the Israeli military (under review).
