Rita Goyal (pictured) is an assistant professor in the Research Centre for Financial & Corporate Integrity at Coventry University. She has research interests in board diversity, women on boards, board effectiveness, enlightened leadership, and passport diversity on boards. Nada Kakabadse is a professor of policy, governance and ethics at Henly Business School at the University of Reading. She has extensive experience in international government, academic experience, and the private sector. Her current research interests are in sustainability, board performance and governance, teaching research methods, and reputation. Andrew Kakabadse is a professor of governance and leadership and chairman of the Henly Directors' Forum at the University of Reading's Henly Business School. He has research interests in the areas of board performance, leadership and policy, and governance, and he has experience with global studies that span over 20,000 different organizations and 41 countries. Danielle Talbot is a professor and deputy dean of the Greenwich Business School at the University of Greenwich. She has over 30 years of experience in higher education in the United Kingdom and has research interests in belongingness and diversity on boards and person-environment fit.
