Author: Young Hoon Kwak, Qingbin Cui, and Yu Wang

Young Hoon Kwak (pictured) is an associate professor of decision studies at the George Washington University School of Business. He received his M.S., PhD, and management of technology (MOT) certificate in engineering and project management from the University of California at Berkeley. Among his many accomplishments, Kwak also currently serves as the editor-in-chief of the Journal of Management in Engineering, an associate editor of case studies in the Journal of Construction Engineering and Management, and the department editor of project management at IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management. Qingbin Cui is a professor in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at the University of Maryland, College Park. He received his BE and MS from Tianjin University and his PhD from Purdue University. He has research interests in public-private partnership, data analytics, smart construction, energy and sustainability, and infrastructure management. Yu Wang is a research grad assistant in engineering in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at the University of Maryland, College Park.
